One specific goal pursued by the wigglelab is to utilize novel tools within the scientific working process. While every student is taught basic “how-to” & safety rules before working in a laboratory, little attention is paid to basic computer training. Wilson et al. (2017) tackled this problem by providing a set of simple rules (“good enough practices”) when working with computers in a scientific environment. The wigglelab tries to adhere to these rules.
